Medium style Riesling with appealing lime/lemon flavours that show a slightly floral influence. Grown in a frost free climate allowing a late harvest has accentuated these flavours. A very pretty wine - perfect as an aperitif or with delicately spiced foods.

The grapes are grown in the frost free climate of Quarry Rock's own Blue Stone vineyard.
